*To renew or update membership – scroll to the bottom of the ABOUT tab and select “Renew , Upgrade or Update Billing”.
- Choose your Borderline and Connections delivery option (Mailed or Online).
- Select your payment method: Credit/Debit Card or mailed check. Checks must be in US funds.
- Click Save & Continue
Special Notice for Household Memberships: If you have more than one email address listed on your membership, the renewal option is linked to the first email address. Please login using the first email listed.
- To change your Password, choose the “About” tab, scroll down to Password, select Change, enter your new password, then click Save & Continue.
- To set your online privacy preferences (phone, email and address), choose the “Profile” tab. Update your preferences, then click Save & Continue.
If you cannot remember your password, please select the Request Password option to reset it.
If you have reset your password and are still unable to login to renew your membership, you may pay for your membership renewal through the BTCA Online Store.
